According to Gus, hiding in the weeds during his park walk is fun and mischievous.
“Mom, Dad, can you see me? I’m right here, hiding under these pretty yellow flowers!”
Apparently, this section of weeds smelled exceptionally delicious. We’re sure another dogger had previously walked by and left a little something something behind. Ummmm…gross.
Happy Saturday! Gus is still pooped from our long walk along the River Walk yesterday, but we’re sure the word “park” will perk up his little dogger ears. We’re off for our Saturday morning walk and then home to hang Christmas lights.
P.S. The high in San Antonio for today is 80 degrees for today. Our weather has been up and down all fall, but we’ll take 80 degrees any day!
What’s the weather like in your neck of the woods?

Pee mail is so exciting.
We have cloudy and rainy today. Not fun for dogs or humans.

Our dog has an obsession with grass too. Can’t say I get it, but it’s better than eating garbage.
Yay for warm weather! I hope you have fun hanging the lights.

Another’s dog’s presence is always cause for lengthy investigation with us. It can make walking very time consuming 🙂 It is windy and freezing in our neck of the woods. I’m pretty sure we’re not supposed to climb out of the 30’s today and they are using the S word for the first time this season for tonight. The S word is a curse word in our house.

Eeek! That’s cold! We’re from Iowa so we’re all too familiar with low temps. The S word is definitely a curse word. I don’t miss the snow at all!

Hi Gus,
I love that little “something something.” That’s what makes the walk so much fun. Sounds like you had a good time. As you know I love that noxious stuff. Did you have to have a bath too? Probably not! I’m on leash in the BACKYARD until the boys locate and dispose of the cat poo. They moving real fast on that so I’m stuck with the long leash and no exploring under bushes. I can still have fun on my regular neighborhood walk. However once I”ve done my duty, mom has taken to walking me in the street. Lot’s of my neighbors are fertilizing… their lawns smell GREAT! I wonder when Mom get our lawn done like that. I can’t wait!
Well gotta run. .. Mama’s makin’ breakfast and I smell HAM!
